Good product
Does the job and then some, protects the heart
I've been taking the arginine/citrulline combo in pill form for years to support my heart (I have hypertension under control with meds). My prior mix was 500/250 respectively. I've always done some form of exercise and before it was cycling, running and light circuit training. This year, I started lifting weights and resistance training seriously. I decided to kick up my dosing to support my training. What I've found is that it has given me benefits above and beyond what I take them for. My sleep has gotten better, my BP more consistent, and of course along with creatine gives me extra gas during my workout. I hate most pre workouts because of caffeine and beta alanine so I mix my own stack. I use this as a pre and during workout drink. On my off days, I use a similar mix to support my daily activity.

Gives a decent pump. Tried it because it is pure and I wasnt getting enough in my normal Pre workout mix. Better than most pre workouts I have tried before but there could still be better out there. Definitely worth a shot, but kind of taste like sweaty socks LOL.

Let me start by saying great product, i have taken this for about six months and having a pre existing heart problem (hypertension and 3 sress related heart attacks 2019) it works great i have my blood pressure in check (stoped meds as per doctor doing great)not to forget it helps great with work outs..... great stuff!!!! Also for my diabetics like me it helps great as well with any ED with a good test booster....

Not enough servings and not enough Citrulline per serving. Other products with Citrulline/Citrulline malate have more grams per serving as well as other products having beneficial aminos and N.O for help with pump.

WORKS WELL- BUT BLOOD PRESSURE DID DROP A BIT LOWER. STANDS TO REASON THOUGH I TRAIN ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY STARTING WITH 700 OR MORE PUSH UPS. THEN I PUMP IRON FOR A COUPLE HRS, NEXT DAY I RIDE MY BIKE ADD IT TO MY PREWORKOUT

Great Product but......
Most high performance preworkouts have 6-8 grams of citrulline. This product contains 3 grams. A 30 day supply is really a 15 day supply in my case. I was making my own preworkout but at $40 a month just in Citrulline, you're better off buying a preworkout that contains 6+ grams. Good product, way over priced.

Servings per container
The product says there are 30 servings per container. I ordered the product on 1/5/19 and it arrived around 1/9/19 . I use exactly one scoop per day (scoop provided) and today is 1/28/19 and there may be 2 scoops left. It's more like 20 servings. That is why I gave it 3 stars.
