Great product

Tastes great, used after running in the morning. My wife is prone to migraines, we found that Ghost Hydration has been helpful in preventing them. If she drinks it when she starts to feel one come on.

I have been using Ghost products for years but they missed then mark with this one. Very off putting artificial flavor. Way too much potassium not enough sodium. Not a Prime fan but stick to Prime if you are thinking this will be a substitute

Undrinkable

Absolutely disgusting. I would give this zero stars if I could. My husband and I have used Ghost products for years and have never had a product we didn't like- until now. These are undrinkable. They taste like pure chemicals. I ended up giving the entire case away minus 1 bottle that we tried and threw out. Save your money and don't buy these. Bad job on this one Ghost team
