Girls Multivitamins

My daughter takes vitamins for a few weeks, and I already see the result.

I'm so glad to find a vitamin for teens that is NOT a gummy . I daughter refuses to chew gummies.

I love that it doesn't contain wheat as my daughter is allergic to wheat.

My 10-year-old takes them

The pills are too big for her to swallow, so I just cut them in half with a pill cutter and that does the trick. I have not seen any changes in her as of yet, but I am not really sure what to look for anyway. She is a very picky eater and in her early stages of puberty, so I am hoping that as she continues to take this vitamin she will not have any vitamin deficiencies as things progress.

Easy to swallow. Love knowing there's a vitamin so filled with what a teen girl needs without the extra unwanted ingredients.

Tabs too big for teens to swallow, give more options like capsules or less sweet chewable tabs

A 1-tab per day multi vitamins is still the most ideal. Will be great if it’s produced in capsules to ease swallowing. Include more whole food extracts will be best.

Good multivitamin for young teen girls

This is a good multivitamin for young teen girls with everything my daughter needs at this stage in her hormonal life. Wish they were soft gel tabs since 2 have to be swallowed.

Vitamin not good for those allergic to SOY

I am aware! These vitamins contain soy. I did not see it on the website only if you look at the back of the label of the bottle. Why have soy in the vitamin at all.? I have a child that is allergic to soy. Had to return them unfortunately.

Hard to find anywhere else

Who knew it'd be hard to find daily vitamins for teenage girls that aren't gummies? Well, it's true and although I'm sure there are others out there, the only product I've found which fits the bill -- and doesn't get stuck in my girls' teeth -- are these GNC multivitamins.My only gripe -- and the reason I didn't give them 4 stars -- is that it's not a one-a-day product -- my girls need to take 2 pills every morning to receive the recommended daily vitamins doctors recommend.
