My husband like them just fine. The taste was good. He is used to the extra strength capsules but these were a good sub.

I really notice more words captured and memory recall. Not a miracle, but I wasn't looking for one,, just help and I got it with Prevagen xtra strength!

I haven't noticed that my memory has improved.
