Good product my children take it to help them sleep at night.
Does what I want
Does exactly what I want— helps me fall asleep quickly & soundly without waking up feeling groggy. My only disappointment was I didn’t notice these tablets also contain calcium which can counter the absorption of the magnesium I take at night. Next time I’ll purchase the GNC version that is just melatonin.

My first time using Melatonin consistently and I find that it helps me to stay asleep which leads to a more restful night. Thus I am waking up feeling more refreshed in the morning and able to get going much easier.

Very Good Sleep Product - Works Well For Me!
Very good product; helps me sleep much better! I take one about an hour before bedtime and when I wake up during the night, I take a second one, sometimes accompanied by a snack and glass of warm milk.Each tablet is good for about 4 - 5 hours sleep for me.
