I thought it would be too large to swallow but it was manageable.

I only used the product a short time as a few weeks. The reason I selected the this calcium product is the magnesium is supposed to increase my energy. So far it has not helped.

These supplements are the real deal.

After having a gastric bypass I have to take supplements every day for the rest of my life. GNC supplements unlike some others are exactly what they say they are. Since taking these calcium pills I’ve been on track with my calcium level.

Its hard to tell how they well they work with calcium. Only Lab tests will tell if i am getting the correct amount as i am monitored bi-monthly.

I ordered this calcium supplement through GNC because I couldn't find that particular mg in any stores. Although the tablets are kind of large they aren't that hard to swallow.
