Tried a prescription hormone replacement that just didn't work for me. Have been buying this since and very thankful GNC has made such a great alternative option.

Game changer for my heat flashes, mood swings, increase in libido.

I have been taking the GNC Menopause Formula for about 6 weeks now and have definitely noticed a big difference!! Heat flashes, although mine weren't terrible, heat more than hot, I did have them but they're are nearly gone! My mental clarity and overall steadier calmness about myself seems better and believe it or not intimacy is better. I've noticed that in the last couple of weeks. Like any vitamin it takes a little while to get in your system and start working. It must've started at the top with me and worked its way down lol because I noticed the heat flashes going away first, then I noticed I was thinking clearer about things, then the levelness in my moods, then the intimacy changes so that's enough evidence for me to stay on them. The only two negative things I can say is that the bottle says "take one twice daily" instead of serving size "two" which to me recommends taking one in the morning and the second later in the day. Even though I couldn't find that it is a time release. If I didn't leave the bottle out I'd forget the second one of the day. The second negative is that my local GNC doesn't stock it so I have to order online for delivery. Overall it's totally worth it. I have taken the GNC One Daily Multivitamin 50+ for years and with my heat flashes, somewhat lack of interest and the "happy one minute" and "mad or sad the next" I felt it was time to try something new. In my research I read on several options out there but the GNC Menopause Formula was less evasive approach so I decided it was worth a try. I'm so glad I did! It's not a miracle drug, but if you have mild symptoms comparable to mine, I hope it does for you what it has done for me. Skittles shown for size reference only.

New to this Meno party and don't want HRT so gave this a whirl to help with the occassional hot flashes I have, now had. This definitely put those to a stop.

Very Effective!

These supplements are a godsend. Completely stopped hot flashes and irritability. I also noticed an improvement in my libido. It only took a couple days to help ease my symptoms. If you're struggling finding relief from menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms, please give these a try.

Hot Flash Banisher!

I started using this upplement (along with the Black Cohosh) at the end of May 2023 while I was on vacation in Branson, Missouri and the hot flashes were getting the best of me. Went into the local GNC and asked what might help and the clerk suggested this. I started taking both supplements, and within 3 weeks saw definite improvement in my symptoms- the hot flashes were less frequent and less intent, which also means that I sleep through the night more often as I don't have the night sweats anymore. I highly recommend this product!

Wasn't expecting my sex drive to go through the roof

I am 51 almost 52 and have been having hot flashes and night sweats for almost a year. My doctor put me on a prescription but I didn't like it and wanted something more natural. I decided to try this and picked it up at my local GNC. Within three days of taking 2 pills each morning, my hot flashes went from about 8 a day to 3 and now are gone completely. The night sweats, which made me absolutely miserable are also gone now. One thing I wasn't expecting was my sex drive to go through the roof. I haven't been having any issues before but I also wasn't thinking about sex that often but now I find myself in the mood daily which is a good thing. I'll be sticking with this stuff for awhile.
