It definitely gets your muscles more pumped when using this with pre workout. My only negative is that the lid leaks. If they fix that it would be nice because as soon as you take the lid off it drips on the counter making a mess

Phenomenal

Had a punp after doing one set of curls it was crazy. Felt like my bicep was gonna viciously tear from my arm. Call me bug RON with that pump.
