Sport research was first brand of collagen I tried and then have been trying different ones such as VP which is convenient to get at Sam's but I have found that SR gives me more of a benefit especially in my hair so I always go back to Sports research and now I am happy that Sports Research is also at Sam's, so I will keep buying it as I notice more of a difference when taking it.

Tastes awful like all plain collagen, but the texture and powder mixes very well so you can easily add it to protein shakes or coffee without clumping. The reason for my 4 rating is because there is a bitter taste with this organic collagen peptide. But you do get used to it but its not as tasteless as some others that I've tried. So if you want tasteless, this isn't for you. I do think it IS a VERY good collagen peptide product thou! it's organic, grass fed. One scoop is all you need! I will purchase again.

I've used several different types of collagen supplements, and this is one of my favorites. It dissolves easily in coffee, tea, and smoothies and doesn't change the taste. Great health benefits

This product has some very great health benefits noted such as support for healthy bones, joints, hair, skin and nails, to name a few. You can mix in either cold or hot beverages but I mix this in my coffee each morning since it's a consistent part of my daily routine. The taste of my coffee didn't change really so that makes it easy to drink. I've seen some improvements to my skin (no acne and a clean and refreshed look). It does take a while though to see any noticeable results so I suggest at least taking for a few months at minimum.

Unique way to take collagen

I've been using this for two weeks. I mix it in with either yogurt or a smoothie. I'd been taking capsuls prior to trying the powder (same brand) and the powder seems to be just as effective. While I prefer the ease of the capsuls, I'd still recommend this due to its effectiveness, it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste and is easy mix in with something to administer.

I've been wanting to try collagen peptides for a while and figured I'd start taking the sports research brand daily.
