I love these vitamins. I take them every day. It requires 1 per day. It also has some biotene & collagen in it. Just a little bit of everything I am looking for in a multivitamin. Not too little & not too much! I can't afford these all the time, but I try very hard to make it a priority & when I can afford them I get the buy 1 get 1 half off & I always do buy online pick up in store for 15% off extra!
