So glad I found this vitamin with some food changes and taking this my A1C has gone down and currently keeping me off of any medication.

Great energy booster

Best vitamin I have ever taken! High quality. The percentage daily vitamin numbers are very high compared to other vitamins, but it does not taste potent. I have had an energy boost since starting these vitamins. They smell like dog pee, but if you can get past the smell your whole body will thank you. Urine color slightly changed since taking them so stay hydrated. But no negative side effects.

A must for me.

I have been taking these for about 5 yrs. My blood sugar is much better when I am taking them. GNC stopped making them for a while (back during COVID). My blood sugar (even with my medications) were higher. I have never had a "gritty" pill. I read that someone said they were gritty. Maybe if you break them into.?? I have tried others but they just don't stand up to GNC.

Unsure of grittiness

Very gritty to the point I only took one dose. Would like to return or replace them.

It's a very good product, I like it.
