I never received it. It never shipped. It said it shipped. It was never sent out. It sat ready to go for a week and a half. Horrible
Decreases hot flashes
Maca root is recommended by my gynecologist to decrease hot flashes. I like this one because it has 525 mg of maca root, instead of other supplements which have other ingredients mixed with a smaller amount of maca root. This one really decreases my hot flashes. If I stop taking it, I really notice the difference. I don't want to be without it, so I put it on auto shipments.
The Maca Root cuts down the night sweats about 90% and I'm able to sleep at night. It works for me!!!

I love love absolutely love this product! I love the way this product balances out my hormones it’s good for my reproductive system that’s another plus and it gives me curves in all the right places! This supplement did not have any affect on me. I have taken other brands in the past with good results. The GNC brand seemed to be totally ineffective.

I will never stop taking it again! I’m now getting back on this vitamin because I’ve notice a huge withdrawal. My hormones are all the places. The hot flashes alone are nothing pleasant to begin with. I’ve begun giving it to my teen and trust it helps in some way as it did for me.

It took about 6 weeks for me to get the FULL effects. This is an amazing product. My hot flashes are almost completely gone and before I started taking Maca Root I was having severe meltdowns like I had just jumped out of the shower and not dried off. I take one 525mg in the morning and one 525mg at bedtime. This is the best product ever. I tell EVERYONE about it.

Didn't Do What I Expected
I purchased these because I was told by the GNC associate that they were good for energy. As a teacher I really needed something that would get me through the second half of the day. I took these as directed for a few weeks and was still very tired. I started taking three a day instead of two and was still very tired. I could take three of these and fall asleep in the car 15 minutes later.As far as giving me more energy this definitely didn't work! I will try another brand when this runs out.
