Have been using for over a year

Both of my teen sons have been taking these vitamins for over a year. We've tried other brands, and they prefer these the best. One of my son's cannot have gummy vitamins, so it was tough to find vitamins that had what I was looking for that they could both take. I'm very pleased with this and would reccomend to others.

My teen boy is taking this multivitamin for 6 months. He doesn't like gummies so we were happy to find this product. These pills are not too big to swallow and does not have strong smell.

Just what I was looking for!!

I can always find adult and children vitamins, but It's hard finding teen vitamins. Also, my teen doesn't like the gummies, so these are perfect, as they are the capsules. And GNC is a reputable company, and I've liked all other GNC products I've used.

These were too large for my teen to take even breaking in half it was bulky. The smell is atrocious for being a multivitamin. My son will go back to his previous kind that doesn't smell.

Good multivitamin for my son when he remembers to take it. I wish they were soft gel tabs since 2 have to be swallowed.

Hard to swallow

Although they have great ingredients...the pills are so large, my son had too much difficulty swallowing them. After 3 days, I stopped having him take them.

These are good vitamins. They have some kind of coating that doesn't taste vitamin-y. Recommended.

Vitamin contains soy and wheat!

Fire everywhere. These vitamins contain soy and wheat. It does not say anything about that unless you look at the label of the bottle on the website. Buyer Beware. Vitamin contains SOY and Wheat. Had to return them because I have a child allergic to soy and wheat unfortunately. Why would a vitamin contain those ingredients at all!

My son likes it he has clear skin gives him the enough energy he needs. I diffidently recommend this product the only one thing I feel will need is omegas for brain development. I buy omegas aside from this vitamin

These were perfect. My son does not like the chewable or gummy vitamins. There are big but we cut them in half and he takes both halves.

Too big

It’s too big. My son needs an expanded which means he can’t take gummy vitamins. However, he tried this and it gets stuck on the roof of his mouth against the expander. There’s not enough room in his mouth to get it down very well with the orthodontics in there.

Taste is pretty good, I feel pretty good. The percentage of nutritional value is crazy compared to a lot of other multivitamins which I like.

Good Vitamins but they have their flaws.

I began taking these vitamins after breakfast and about an hour or so later I would become fairly nauseous. These vitamins come in a large tablet and have a terrible taste.

This got my sons iron levels up! We tried everything food wise and nothing worked. This is the only teen multi vitamin that I could even find that has iron in it!
