Great vitamin
I've taken evening primrose for many years after my gynecologist recommended it for cysts in my breasts. After taking these the cysts did shrink.
Changed my life!
My mom had breast cancer twice and I cannot take any hormones or birth control. After trying an IUD, my body rejected it and it has to cons out. But it left me with bad bleeding. I was also perimenopausal & had night sweats. I did research & tried this. Unbelievable results. I'm 46 now and take 1300 mg every day & have for 15 years. I never have any issues with menopausal symptoms. And it's great for your skin too. One note…if you take it regularly, you cannot miss a day. You'll feel lightheaded & a bit dizzy. I suppose you would have to ween yourself off gradually. But it is truly life changing for female issues.
