Banana Maple French Toast. Excellent taste and texture. All agreed. A HIT. Some things are just a hit. This is. everyone likes. And quality unmatched among plant proteins due to supplemented EAAS (a unique offer in the plant protein space) <br />Chocolate Caramel - Also a hit. Over 9 of 10 on flavor most who tried agreed. <br />Strawberry - also great flavor and texture. <br />All very good with recommended amount water mixed into a drink, or with less water made into pudding like paste and eaten with spoon.

I recently tried Ambrosia Protein, and I'm glad I did! The flavor is smooth, the texture blends easily, and it leaves me feeling satisfied without the heaviness that some other proteins cause. Bought on a whim when the associate said it's one of the better vegan proteins. I'm not an expert on ingredients and such but I did enjoy the flavor a lot! I even use banana almond milk to add more banana flavor. My wife says it's a bit sweet though so it may be too sweet for some

I recently purchased this item. However, I really didn't pay attention when I ordered it. My initial thought was that I was ordering the candy bar protein. But clearly I made a mistake. The taste is okay. I wouldn't knowingly order it again though. I really like the products from Ambrosia and starting to see gains. So once I muscle through this bag, I'll order the right kind next time.
