Please don't get the stuff. It's chalky, clumps up and does not dissolve well, is heavy in the stomach, causes gas, bloating, and nausea, literally makes me sick when I drink it. Is more expensive than alternatives while containing less product. Packaging is massively oversized (powder comes to less than half way), and it does NOT taste as advertised. I'm fighting puking for hours after drinking this.
