I have been taking Zahler's Vitamin D3 Softgels all winter long. Last week I had a blood test done to test for my vitamin D3 level. It was within normal range. I trust that Zahler makes a good product that gets assimilated into the body. During the summer, since most people get plenty of sun, 1000 IU gels are sufficient. During the winter, 2000 IU gels are more appropriate.
