I have been using this vitamin E for many years, at least 25 yrs or more. It’s the best vitamin E on the market. I would not ever think about using any other. Hopefully they will never change this formula.

Vitamin E and inflammation

I do everything by trial and error experiments. At one point I was experiencing excessive inflammation. I read that this could be due to insufficient vitamin E. I first tried a supplement that contained only the alpha variant (to boost the dose beyond what was available in the multivitamin product I use as a base). This did not help. Then I tried the GNC Isomer E product. This did reduce the inflammation problem significantly so I have continued with this product to the present. There is
