I've never taken creatine before, but since starting, I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength, endurance, and recovery. At 43 I honestly wish I had started using creatine years ago. This is the only brand I've tried so far and for the price it's been excellent. I've had zero side effects no bloating no discomfort no issues at all. I've heard plenty of stories about bloating and other problems but my experience has been nothing but positive. It mixes easily even with just water and the taste is surprisingly mild and easy to drink. Overall I'm extremely satisfied.

I love this creatine!! It has no taste so super easy to blend in your morning orange juice or with your pre workout before the gym! I've been using it for 6 months now and definitely see a difference! I am a sensitive tummy girly, but this doesn't affect me at all. Will continue to purchase when I run out.
