HMB with leucine = dynamic duo

Bought two containers of this stuff a little over a month ago. I'm starting my second tub. I take it with a leucine heavy protein (HMB and leucine go together like waffles and syrup) and I have seen some pretty decent gains in just one month! At the same time, it seems like I hit failure faster than I did before. Not sure if its because of the HMB preventing the breakdown of muscle or what, but my pumps show up super fast and the arms hurt so good!

Yuck, yuck, yuck. Nasty tasting difficult to take. Get pill or capsule.

Order a capsule, powder was bitter and even mixed in juice was difficult to take

It works just like they said it would.I am 69 years old and I work out for 2 - 3 hours every day with NO aches, pains or discomfort of any kind. I feel better than I did at 1/2 my age.I just wish they would upgrade the formula to use HMB free acid rather than the calcium version. I don't need the additional calcium in my diet.Otherwise I highly recommend.

Does what its supposed to

HMB is a great supplement combined with creating. almost zero soreness between workouts. This isn't the best tasting stuff, but it gets the job done at a good price. Don't overpay for all the flavorings and fillers, just add this to another recovery drink and be done.

This is the best thing for maintaining muscle mass gains. Prevents muscle mass loss even after I stopped hitting the weights for months. I maintained my weight and muscle mass.

make sure to mix it with your pre workout! Stuff tastes and smells like BO, but with the dose of 3g it does the job.

HMB is an interesting supplement. A must for the person who is planning on working out long term. I prefer using Chemistry Labs because all of their products work great.
