Doesnt really do much. It might make you not have an appetite for an hour or two after you take it but that's about it. I don't get any extra energy or any of the other things it's supposed to do. Wish I would have saved my money.

My Favorite Thermo

Tastes good, mixes well; my favorite Thermogenic formulation thus far (I've tried many over the years). Most importantly, clear and transparent ingredient labeling with proven ingredients at full study-tested doses. Nice steady burn without feeling over-stimulated.

Good to try out for beginner

It tastes really good! It makes me sweat but not as much as I would like it to. It does burn my throat while drinking a little bit and if you don't put a lot of water, it leaves a chalky aftertaste.

Great flavor, steady energy, just wish I realized it had Garcinia Cambogia in it as it leads to some constipation (TMI but oh well)

I take this as a pre workout and it makes me sweat a bunch. I love it and suggest to buy it
