Kind of on the large side as pill sizes goes, but nothing you can't handle. If you know what this is for, it works just fine with body ammonia regulation and removal. Even if you take one pill, it'll make you urinate a little more often than normal, so make sure you counter balance that with increased water intake.

An excellent product that has helped my leg cramps and has other good health benefits.
