I feel this has been one of the most effective proteins I have used besides alpha lion or gold standard. Really feel like getting what it claims it has but omg be prepared to shake your bottle like a maniac and still have chunks in it. This vanilla compared to alpha lion hulk milk or gold standard is really gross. Somebody told me was the best vanilla ever had so I gave it a chance and honestly just waiting for this to be empty and I'll probably never get it again. Having to shake the product for seems like minutes to get it to be not chunky and the vanilla is so gross. Everybody has there own point of view so if want to try it I do feel it really works and makes you feel great but felt the same way about alpha lion and tasted great and mixed in seconds I would go that route first. Cookies and Cream

The Cookies and Cream flavor is by far my most enjoyable. I've tried the Vanilla and other chocolate flavors. They all seems flat, whereas the Cookies and Cream has actual cookie bits that enhance the texture. The cookie bits take it home for me.

Taste is good. Mixes well in standard shaker cup. Good quality protein.

Protein Matrix = Whey Protein formats

Tastes like a good milkshake. Mixes easily. The advertisement Ingredients List a Protein Matrix. Since some people, like myself, have intestinal problems with milk products such as Whey, it would be nice if the Ingredients List in the advertisement actually listed the Protein Matrix for what it is -- Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein. My brother is enjoying the free Syntha-6 that I gave him.

I like it very much. It doesn’t have the awful aftertaste that some of the protein powders do. It makes a really quick breakfast and the satisfied feeling lasts several hours, so I’m happy with it.
