Just before starting with GNC in general, I had successfully lost quite a bit of weight, working with a nutritionist and doctor, and increasing exercise. This was difficult to do, but finally, I felt it was time to adjust again with new habits. I needed additional support to maintain my weight and not decline. This product is awesome. You can tell it is working, I never fear if I overeat one time, or eat something 'bad' that I usually wouldn't. This is a gut saver, it prevents pain in fullness or pain from 'bad' foods, and it digests the heck out of it for you and keeps you feeling very well and gut healthy!

These babies have changed my life. I've been taking them for about 10 years & a few months ago I ran out & went 2 weeks without them. I definitely noticed a difference. The best probiotic

I love these! I started taking probiotics after having some stomach ache and bloating. I tried different kinds and they worked but would quit working after awhile. So I went to the GNC store and told the employee that I was looking for a probiotic because of the stomach issues and he recommended the one with enzymes and I’ve been using it since. It’s been well over a year and I can tell the difference when I stop using them or I forget. I always try to catch them on sale because they are expensive but worth it.

I started my special needs grandson on this after they said he would have to be on an antibiotic the rest of his life due to motility issues of his colon ...... I was determined this was not going to happen....after starting on this particular probiotic he was doing great after about 3 weeks.......I will never stop giving him these.....in fact I started also....love them
