This was the first time that I tried probiotics capsules. I had a very unpleasent reaction with the first brand I tried (Amazon). GNC Probiotics (10 B) caps provided the relief that I was looking for, without any unpleasent side affects.

I had been using a probiotic off of Amazon but they seemed old even though sold by the maker of the probiotic. I think those sellers sell old, not yet expired, but not stored well probiotics. I felt the difference after taking these. They have specifically named strains that are reported to be good for what I need. I haven't been bloated after taking them. Perimenopause bought on bloat like I've never had before and this works at making it better. I take 3at a time per day.

Pleased with results . Product did what it was suppose to do. Be careful though . Do not over do because one can cause imbalance in bacteria in the body which can be problematic. Very good after antibiotics to get the bacteria balanced.

Love this product! I wanted a probiotic that didn't have to be refrigerated, which this product doesn't. And, it works! It gives me a good balance in my gut, which is difficult.

Capsules aren’t as full now

I have been using these for a couple 2-3 years now. These capsules are now slightly more than half full. What happened? I notice this because I divide one capsule between my three dogs. There is decidedly less content in each capsule.

Definitely recommend for daily use. The experts say gut bacteria is the most important aspect of overall health. I had a bout of diverticulitis and would get occasional pain low on the left side where the sigmoid colon is located. No more issues since starting to take this product 6 months ago.

Immensely helped with my bloating and discomfort from unhealthy gut bacteria. I’ve used things to help temporarily, but nothing has helped on a daily basis until this probiotic. No side effects, and doesn’t upset your stomach if taken without a meal. Would recommend.

Getting great results with taking a daily probiotic. Stomach has always given me problems but has since simmered. Doctor recommends you take probiotics with any courses of antibiotics as well, as it depletes stomach cultures. Highly recommended.

Best probiotic I ever tried!

Can't say enough good things about this supplement! I had lots of tummy issues due to food allergies and adding this probiotic made them pretty much go away! Dosing is just right, not too much, not too little. Started my teenager on it as well, since she often had unidentified stomach aches. They went away as well. Thumbs up and please don't ever take this off the shelf!!!

The only one that really works

I've tried many probiotics and this is the only one that has really worked. When it was taken off the shelf at RiteAid I tried others to no avail. I finally went to the source and all is back to normal!

Very good for irritable colon syndrome

I had suffered from the irritable colon syndrome for 40yrs and did not find any good solution irrespective of lots of precription. However, it was improved one week after taking Probiotic. I have purchased it for 5 yrs.
