I've been taking these ACV tablets for a few weeks now. No changes or results are noticeable yet.

Burns Fat, but might give you Heartburn, too!

I used as directed, and it definitely helped me shed some belly fat ahead of a summer trip to Disney. My clothes are fitting better than they have in a while. It'll definitely rev up your metabolism to help you burn fat, but it also gave me heartburn. A few tums extinguished that fire, but it was a daily recurrence. I've since cut my daily dose in half (just 1 tablet per day), and it's fine. It may be the cayenne pepper in it that causes the indigestion.

GNC Apple Cider Vinegar tabs work surprising well as an aid in weight loss

these tabs were recommended to me by a friend as a significant aid in metabolism boosting and weight loss. I started them approximately 3 weeks ago and have seen steady progress while eating nothing less and in some cases more with less exercise (due to a prior knee problem) Bottom line is that they are affordable and work great in my opinion.

I used this apple cider vinegar to try to lose weight. I only lost about 10 pounds. But, the arthritis pain in my right hip and both thumbs disappeared. I continued to use it, and my hearing loss (for years) was fixed. I put away my hearing aids and stopped reading lips. (It had been caused by loud music, I was not born with poor hearing.} The GNC apple cider vinegar is the only pill that works for me. I tried other brands, but they were not processed properly and so the healing properties were lost.

265lbs to 248lbs and I have PCOS.......

I normally dont right reviews but after struggling with PCOS since the age of 21 I have struggle with my weight and I was recently recommended this bye a family friend I was a little skeptical at first because I had tried numerous of things but I've been taking this since January and I have gone from 265 lb to 248 lb I can definitely tell a change around my stomach area and my midsection my daughter can also tell her change and how some of my clothes fit looser and they look more seamless around

I love this product. I’m excited to see how my weight loss progresses. I have not experienced any side effects. I was worried that the caffeine would keep me awake, but it’s not the case. Thanks for providing something that actually works.

I love this product and noticed the difference once I stopped using it. I've been using it for 2 years now and had stopped because of the Pandemic, crazy huh?! It's been a couple of months and my body knows it. I never write reviews but this one sure surely merits it. It helps my overall digestive system and skin. This product is beneficial in many ways and it beats the nasty taste of the liquid one.

I think I feel better. I don't feel as bloated as I used to. I take 2 in morning and 2 at night. It may assist in weight loss, but I cannot attest to that.

So far so good .. I love ACV for its many health benefits but hard for me to take in liquid form. These are actually helping me with my GERD and acid reflux.

Need to change! Both the formula and the tablets quality

I have been using GNC's Apple Cider Vinigar tablets for years. Last time I bought 3 packs of the complete formula. I have three big issues with it; 1) The tablets are not solid enough, a few days after opening the pack, and with normal travel movement, the tablets start cracking and becoming a powder. 2) With Cayenne pepper being part of the formula not only do you waste half the pack as it becomes powder, it is actually irritating to the eyes and throat. This happened with all three packs.

Does NOT work for me!

I purchased pills on Feb 8th, 2019. I know it has not quite been a month yet but...I’ve been taking “religiously” as directed. NO weight loss and appetite has not changed... Seems to me I should’ve seen at least a slight difference....

Although I have only lost 4 pounds since taking it, I have noticed a huge difference in my digestion system. I am more regular !

Great due to ginger--stops acid reflux

I had developed acid reflux as a result of a chronic respiratory condition. My physician prescribed Prilosec, I am not a person to take maintenance medication unless absolutely necessary. I also discovered an adverse side-effect to the Prilosec would be weight gain which would had aggravated my respiratory condition. I discovered ginger counteracts acid reflux. I have been taking the Apple CIder Vinegar tablet with ginger for about a decade-- I will not stop, it works and I am keeping my weight down.

Most of the pills turned into powder.

Slowly but surely the product works

I’ve been taking 2 tablets in the morning before breakfast for 1 week and I have noticed subtle changes such as my upper stomach area has been going down. I don’t look as round around my mid section. I feel a slight burn in my stomach about 10 minutes after taking the tablets. I think that over time I will see more of a noticeable change.

Only been a couple weeks not really noticing anything different. I take 2 in the morning before breakfast. I don’t feel like it’s been much of an appetite suppressor. But, it’s still too early to tell

As a commuter spending over 3 hours a day driving, 8+ hours at a desk, then homework for the kids and cooking I’m just too tired to work out. My weight is due to lack of time to exercise. I MUST share that I have much less cravings to eat between meals. I just don’t feel like I need to snack. If I do want a snack I’m not looking for junk food. I’ll opt of an apple or something healthy and feel satisfied since the start of this product. Hopefully the less snacking will help with my weight loss journey.
