Really bad customer service

When I got the package it was empty- the bottle had come out in transit. When I called the store that had sent it, they wouldn't send a replacement but said if I came to the store and showed the package they would hand me a bottle. Since the store is about an hour away I just passed and ordered a bottle from someone else on Amazon

I selected this product because of its high level of Hyaluronic Acid. I've used that with my horses in the past and can feel how much better they move when on it. I have (had!) bad knees for several years. After 3 weeks, I woke up in the morning with no knee pain! A side effect (in my opinion and use of this product) was how much smoother it made my skin. I looked in the mirror one day and was amazed at how younger I looked. I'm on this product for life!
