Just starting using this product 2 weeks ago and have not had any issues with jittering and it seems to have really helped control that in between hunger as well as helped me with being satisfied with portion sizing.

I have now purchased this product 3 times. At first it didn't appear to work but after a couple of weeks I noticed I was more chilled out, less stress eating and not so much hungry. Will continue to use the product has it has had positive effects for me.

I like this product. I start my day with brighterday and it helps me to feel focused, positive and energetic.

Worked well for helping to keep me calm but not very well for appetite control.

They must have changed the formula, they don’t work like they used to and they’re making me hungry when i take them.

I lost 10 lbs over 1.5 month. I get energy too! I don't see any side effect either. Its really good product for me. I didn't see any weight lost 1st week. But eventually it is working. I used to eat a lot but now I am able to eat 1 time, 1 hour exercise. Thats it..it control the appetite. Its very good product for me!

Surprised and delighted

I read good things about this product and decided to try it myself. After about two weeks, I did notice that it helped with appetite control and I had lost about 2 pounds. I believe it helped with my mood, as well. I would recommend this product to anyone and in fact recommended it to my sister.

I don't recommend for weight loss. Yes, it had a calming effect mentally but eventually depressed me.

I am not sure

I have been taking this for 12 days and I can not tell the difference. My mood was good before so that hasn't changed. I keep eating so as far as I know it hasn't done a thing to help that.I didn't give it a total 0 that wouldn't be fair. Im going to keep taking just to give it a chance..

What a win for Stress and Energy

I've used this supplement for about 3 years since I've discovered it; it's been a game-changer for me. I use once capsule daily for the energy and mood-boosting properties instead of the appetite control, but do notice a difference in my appetite if I take more than 1 capsule a day. After searching online for mood/anxiety supplements and trying a menagerie of them, this one really hits the mark and gives me the energy I need without side effects, well worth the price!!!

Bait and Switch

I ordered this from GNC and received it today. They removed the Rhodiola without notice and replaced it with Eleuthero Root Extract. Also, the labels on the box and bottle do not match. On the box, there is no mention of the Lithium Orotate. This leaves me wondering if they plan on removing it. Thankfully the bottle still lists it.

Actually love It

Right away I found it took the edge off my hunger and I don't think about food all the time now. And it does seem to brighten my mood a little. I'm ordering my second bottle now.

Working for me!

I have already lost five pounds in two weeks! I just have ten pounds I wanted to lose and have tried dieting and exercising. This helps me eat less in the evenings. I love it!

Works as advertised

So far I really like it. I'm not sure if it's done anything to enhance my mood, but that's ok because I was looking more for a suppressant that actually works and this one definitely does. Take it with meals as recommended and it's a beauty.

I purchased this product on 7-25-18 and have gone through one bottle and just started a second bottle. I’m not quite sure yet if I see a difference but am willing to give it at least 3 months in order to be fair. I’m taking this more for a mood elevator.

I didn't get any benefit from this product. If anything I had more of an appetite than without taking it.

Pleasantly Surprised

I haven't tried appetite control products before, so I didn't know what to expect. With the additional benefit of mood support, I figured it was worth a try. I purchased a bottle and while I don't think I necessarily needed mood support, the appetite control has been very positive. I was always a snacking person who hate three full meals a day; my snacking has completely stopped and my 2-3 meals/day have been MUCH lighter. I have already recommended this to three people...one who was at GNC this morning to purchase.

This product is horrible. The only reason i lost 5 lbs. last week is because i was vomiting everyday. It made me so sick that i had to stop taking it. I couldn't keep any food down at all. I cannot believe i spent $45.00 on these horrible pills. And they do not improve your mood. I would never recommend this product to another human being.

For years I have suffered from anxiety and because of it I would eat more trying to calm myself, specially during periods of lots of stress at work and specially sweet snacks, sometimes nibbling away all throughout the day between meals. I have tried several supplements, but Brighter Day is the one that I can say works best with 100% certainty. I no longer crave sweet stuff as much (in case I do I just eat a little bit, not like before) and I am satisfied with small quantities of food very fast,

Helps a little

It helped control my appetite during the day, usually those cravings would have made my day miserable and this helped me cope with that. Now the cons: This did give me the jitters, not horrible but definitely enough for me to feel a little uncomfortable. I also noticed this makes me sleepy and tired, gave me headaches that lasted all day, which i was not having before starting this supplement. I didn't notice any changes in focus, actually it made it a little worse, made me feel a little foggy.

Improved mood but did not help control appetite

While BrighterDay did support improved mood and a little more clarity, it did nothing to control my appetite, which was largely the reason I purchased the product.

Controls appetite but it could be better. It definitely stimulates better moods.

I have been using this product for 2 years now. I use it both for mood and the appetite control. I highly recommend this product because it does help with mood support. I used to have crying spells in the middle of the day, and other emotional symptoms until I found this. There are probably better appetite control supplements out there, but this one is not a stimulant. It does not have side effects like jitters or anxiousness.

Miracle pill!

Definitely curves my appetite and cravings. I work from him so I would snack a lot during the day before taking these. If I do grab a snack it is very rare and I’m not craving bad snacks. I have tried so much before but this works! No jitters or side effects at all.

Good for a natural feeling help

There is no jitter or heart rate increase with this product. It does help curb appetite but only for a couple hours-it does not suppress it completely. I haven't noticed elevated moods but it does stabilize current moods. (no grouchy grab a snickers moments). I don't feel any different stress or anxiety relief. You aren't tired while taking this product but you aren't full of energy either. I would recommend this to someone who just wants a little help in appetite control but feel natural otherwise. If your looking for something powerful this isn't your product.

I have tried it all from weight loss pills to appetite control pills and nothing has worked effectively on my body as Brighter Day has!!! I was over eating and I was always hungry, by taking these pills twice a day for a week now I've been able to cut back on over eating and I'm eating 3 small portions a day with lots of water. My anxiety has leveled down and it feels great to always be in a happy mood!

I feel like I am in a better mood since I have been taking this product but my appetite is exactly the same.I showed this bottle to my dr to make sure it was safe and she said yes but to be careful and not to take any other mood SSR/SSRI mediacations.This does contain a light form of lithium which is available OTC but dont combine it with anything else.Doesnt work at all for weight managment/appetite etc.

Appetite/Mood support

I have been using 1 pill a day for about a week. I do think it controls my hunger nicely but not for long and I notice a mood adjustment .... however it doesn't give me any energy . I was taking Hydroxicut and it gave me energy but did not control my appetite. so I guess Hydroxi for the morning workout and this in the afternoon

Works but Unpleasant Side Effects

This definitely works as far as reducing your appetite goes, at the cost of unpleasant side effects: headache, queasiness, light headed, and heart burn. If you try to take other meds to alleviate these symptoms such as Excedrin, it ends up making you feel like you are going to throw up, bad stomach pains, and once it sent me into an anxiety attack when I took it a few hours apart with Excedrin. Still trying to figure out if it's worth it or not. Also, 1 pill a day for me seems to last like 15

It Really Works

This is my fourth day taking this pill. I take it twice a day. I must say that it has really helped control my appetite. I'm not as hungry as I usually am during the day. It has also helped with my mood. I feel energized when I am on the treadmill at the gym. I highly recommend Brighterday. I will post an update in 30 days.

Good for Mood

Did not help with my appetite but I noticed my mood was much better. I have been happier and calmer. My husband even noticed my better mood after about 3 weeks on these pills and he did not know I was taking these. I ran out of these pills for two days and I was eating a lot more those two days but that just could of been a coincidence.

Didn't notice a change in my appetite. I was still hungry after taking it twice a day. My mood did increase on the happiness scale though.
