Instaflex was a better price at GNC then online. I have extremely bad arthritis and was hoping this would help make it less painful. It helps very little compared to when I don't take it, At this point I've been using it for about a month.

I just started this a couple of weeks ago and already have recommended it to all my friends , I went from not being able to walk because of the severe pain in my knee and not being able to lift my shoulder to walking and using my shoulder, I am going to have hylurounic acid injections and acupuncture in order to avoid knee replacement surgery , but this product does work , thank you Marie Osmond for your input , don't doubt it , try it, I felt the difference the next day.

Needed to drop Glucosamine Condroitin due to sodium content. Love the change (and only one per day instead of two with GC)

I have used glucosamine & condriitan many years but it was no longer giving me relief. Since I changed to instaflex advanced I am having much less pain and discomfort. I recommend it and suggest you try it for 2 weeks to see for yourself. GNC also has the best price .I do wish it came in a smaller pill rather than a cspsule!

Pain free and healing

I went from three pills that took the edge off to just this one. After almost 3 months I now wake up pain free! I'm younger - mid 40ies - but I had a hard fall on my knee and it wasn't healing. I saw an orthopedic specialist who recommended PT but I really needed to strengthen my muscles and heal the injury and glucosamine wasn't helping. I have PFS in both knees. I suffered greatly during cold eastern Oregon winter. I started taking this 4/1/25. Since, my knee pain is greatly reduced, the stiffness is down to about 20%, and I'm able to walk 2 miles a day again. Why not 5 stars? Well, I need to try for a full year to see if its the warmer weather that's causing great improvement or this pill. I've always been a skeptic about internet drugs. Wait for my next update in 7 or 8 months.

I did not expect it to work my very first time I took it I didn't have any pain or take it from my hip on my knees and religiously taking it every day since some days I'm very good another days I still hurt this is the truth I have to go to an orthopedic surgeon with the medicine I'm very pleased with..

This product really works!

I get Synvisc shots in both knees. It didn't work in my left knee. The pain was there almost daily. Thought I would try Instaflex Advance. After 2 weeks, no more pain. I am a believer and will continue to use daily. Glad I tried this product instead of getting a knee operation

I am very happy with this product. 55 years ago I sustained battle damage to my left knee. For the last several years I have suffered with joint discomfort and soreness and nothing I have taken has eased that. Instaflex - Where have you been all my life?

I started using Instaflex Advanced a few months ago and it has changed my life. I suffer from joint pain along with arthritis throughout my body. I find that I have less knee pain since I've been taking this, but I have also been getting knee injections so it's hard to tell If the pills are making that much of a difference. That being said, I do buy it when it goes on sale or I have a coupon. Truth be told you can find it cheaper elsewhere than at GNC.

Miracle for fibromyalgia

I'm always looking for miracles to help with fibromyalgia pain but realistically nothing ever really lasts. Instaflex has been the exception. I tried it for 30 days and noticed a difference then stopped it because I ran out and wasn't really convinced. Within 3 days of being off of the supplement I could feel every ache and pain return. I assumed I just overdid some activities but after 2 weeks I went to GNC to buy more and again after a few days I knew the product was really working small miracles as promised. I absolutely will continue to use instaflex as long as the results continue.

I have been using this product for over a year. Originally, I bought it after seeing a TV ad. I have taken many similar products over the years (arthritic knees -- not much cartilage left!) I noticed a difference within 2 weeks from what I had been taking. It is expensive, but for me, it is worth it. I still can't run/jog like I could 10 years ago but most days I'm relatively pain free.
