I am posting this to warn my fellow friends with allergies. Some of the vitamins contain dairy, egg, milk, fish, and soybean. I love the idea of this vitamin pack but I wish there was a vegan version.

It's great to have all i need in one simple pack. This has everything: MVI, bone support, heart health, and even hair and skin. Super convenient. And the multivitamin isn't huge like some are.
