Terrible product that constipates you. I am regular and for over three days I was constipated. I even took a detox tea and it didn't work. Detox work within 6 hours and I couldn't go at all. I called GNC and everyone act uneducated about the product. GNC DOES NOT GUARANTEE but tries to get you to buy something else. A lie!!!! Do not buy. I will stick to detox tea. Guaranteed to work. This was a waste on $30 plus dollars. The tea is $6. Do the math. The tea works within 6 hours and these pills constipate past 3 days. Don't go to GNC or buy this brand.
