It softens aches and pains of an aging body. I take a teaspoon with breakfast and dinner to oil my body.

Delivery has to be improved

This is really good. Absolutely zero aftertaste which is huge.

I have used this product for twenty years recommended by a doctor in clinical trials for familiar lipodemia. My family has history of high triglycerides and chloresteral. I still have to take a statin for chloresteral but this has helped.

Buyers Be Aware of SIZE

Had I known these were so LARGE I wouldn't have ordered them. This is the only reason for the "2star" rating. You really should show what's in the bottle! SO, Im unable to take them & give a decent review.

Bad smell- bad service

Very fishy smell upon opening new bottle. I've taken other fish oil brands before and never smelled anything when in capsule form. When I asked customer support if it was safe to consume because I was unsure, they immediately refunded me and didn't answer my question. So I have no idea if it's safe and will not be taking it.

No fishy taste

This is my firsd time trying Nordic omegas. I have been taking it maybe a week, idk if im supposed to notice a difference but I am happy there is no fishy aftertaste! Will continue to take these and will buy another bottle when this bottle is completed.

Great product

This is a really good product. I have bee taking it every day for about two years. It goes down easily with water. There is no aftertaste or smell. I also have not experienced burpback or any other side effects from omega3's. I highly recommend this product.
