Not hard on the stomach. So far, it feels pretty good. Although in need to see how I feel in a couple weeks. The levels of nutrients are pretty high too. I usually use a GNC vitamin, but this one has iron and I need that sooo. :)

Multivitamins are a must! I used to skip out, however, realized how beneficial they are! Micro nutrients are essential, and it helps you with your gains! A lot of people do not have a balance in the essential nutrients needed. This helps you maintain that. The dosage is properly proportion and also has time release, which is nice!

These are awesome multi vitamins! I used to take Life Extension daily multivitamins which are known to be great quality. However I feel the Vita Jym are better. Good multivitamin to keep up with my daily nutrition and it provides me with a noticeable energy boost. I take the multivitamin with my meal or protein shake. The selection is 2 a day which is the average for most vitamin consumption.

Daily Vitamins - a must!
Taking a daily vitamin is extremely important and something we all should do. The balance of ingredients in this product is spot on! I have seen multiple other products with less ingredients. You may not see the immediate results, however, trust me, they are working! The micro nutrients are helping your body utilize all the other macro nutrients! Plus the quality that Stoppani uses is bar none! So thankful for Stoppani making quality products and vegetarian friendly!!! It's the specifics this guy does which makes Stoppani a legend!!
Doesn't have ingredients that compete for absorbsion
Ever since I learned that nutrients like Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc compete for the uptake of other critical ingredients in a multivitamin but Vita JYM leaves those out so I can get them at a different time. Like my Calcium comes from my Protein shake and my Zinc and Magnesium I get just before bed.

Include as part of my daily workout and supplements. For some reason, it gives me an orange/taste, not bitter or sour. Prepare for a strong urine smell, but at least you are 100% sure your body is using all the nutrients it needs to cover all the energy that JYM Workouts require.

I've been following Jim since he was doing M&F Raw segments as an editor at Muscle and Fitness. Everything he does is top notch, and his supplement line has continued that in my opinion. I haven't taken any other multi since he released this. It's the best in the game!

(to an observable degree) Everything about the product seems safe and geared towards improving overall health. If I had to ask one question, it would be in regards to the B12 (Cyanocobalamin) aspect of the vitamin. Is this the healthest alternative?

I am very pleased with this product. This product is made to promote muscle building and recovery better than any of the other I have used. The products on the shelf at the store are not adequate missing key ingredients and low quantities of what they do have.
A lot of supplements agitate
A lot of supplements agitate my stomach as I have IBS and Colitis. Luckily, none of these pills give me discomfort like other multivitamins. Currently dose one multivitamin daily. I've completed multiple programs by Dr. Stoppani and they are intense. I tried the first week of a program without supplements and your just extremely fatigued.
