Great for energy levels not sure about weight loss

Perhaps it's too early to tell, but I haven't seen any weight loss YET! However, I will say it helps me get through my day easier. I work on a cruise ship and work 7 days a week for 5 months. I rely heavily on an afternoon nap. Since taking these I don't nap at all. When we're at sea I hit the gym and when we're in port I run out and explore different countries. Will update on the weight loss.

Steady progress

Good morning boost gets me going without the jitters. Great replacement for energy drinks and burns fat while caffeinating. Recommend dosage is 4 capsules but I take 3 and last me a good while

The perfect solution

They are so amazing, I can't take the 4 pills at once, one or two works just fine. I highly recommend them to everyone I know! I will be buying more. The energy is great and the appetite suppression is just enough to stop the binge eating but still good for regular meals. I love this product!
