Nail chews bit sour - each wrapped - undecided

The chews are individually wrapped. Easy to grab and go. I feel the chews are a bit sour. I am not sure how effective these are. The nails seem stronger; however it seems to be taking quite a long time to feel much of a difference. Note - I am only into week 3 of taking them, so the chews may prove to be very effective. Personally, I prefer the capsules now that I have tried the chews.

This product definitely promotes healthy hair skin and nail .This is a definite reorder for me.

Itchy

This product unfortunately made me very itchy. My daughter is taking it and has no reaction though so it's not a complete waste.

Biotin gave me rashes

I consumed Biotin for a week and wondered why i started to get itchy, rashes all over my body. On the bright side, I lost less hair. Was talking to a friend and figured out too much Biotin can have a side effect of causing horrible rashes. It's been 2 weeks since I stopped taking Biotin and the rashes are finally subsiding.

Love these mixed Berry chews. Before one bag was ever completed I and my hairdresser noticed new hairs growing on my head. I love that there is collagen and hyaluronic acid for skin nourishment and repair. Overall hair, skin & nails have all improved.

I have had excellent results using the Hair Skin and Nail tablets. Unfortunately they were not available this time so I ordered the chews. I much prefer the tablets. The chews are large and taste okay but I am not certain I would order them again.

Perfect skin, hair and nails!

Very good! My skin improved immediately and I no longer need to reapply lotion all day long at work! My hair feels thicker already and it stopped falling out and it's not dry and fly away anymore! I look younger!

Doesn't taste like vitamins. I haven't been on them long enough to see results but I am going to take them several months. I'm hopeful.

I love these chews. I have tried several things, different brands, supplements, etc and these are the only things that truly work for me. My hair is thicker and my nails are growing faster. I could not find them during the pandemic and I was excited to see that GNC had them back in stock. Thank you!

Nails are definitely stronger and hair is shinier! I have qlso noticed less breakage after finishing my first bag. Will continue to take these daily. Also, I take 2 daily, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Highly recommend these little guys! My nails were really brittle so I started taking these and now they are hard and durable. My hair also seems to be growing quicker. These are a keeper!

It's hopeful that it will work. I haven't noticed any difference yet but the reviews are positvie. It's to help with my thicken hair Post Menopause. It does have a bit of an aftertaste due to the sweetner in it. It came recommended to me my a friend.

I just started eating GNC's "Women: Hair, Skin and Nails" this week so I haven't seen any changes to my nails yet. My nails have lots of ridges and they split easily. I'm sure it will take at least 4 weeks to show improvement. What I have noticed is the flavor - it is a yummy fruity flavor - a combination of sweet raspberry and blackberry. I love it! Let's see if any changes occur in 4 weeks.
