My experience so far

Okay so far I have seen good results it's been about 2 weeks I have seen some major fat loss but I am also working out and eating high protein foods also intermediate fasting for 15 hrs I think it's doing its job don't have many cravings for sweets or just junk food in general side effects I am experiencing nausea and heartburn like a light heart burn but overall not to bad I would say energy wise is okay I have a high caffeine tolerance my pre work out is about 200/50 ish so the energy levels n the pill is a nice little boost in the mornings

I don't think this I a magical supplement, but I do think it noticeably helps! I'm on my third day and noticed I wasn't really craving things and eating out of boredom, which tend to do. I really like that it doesn't give me jitters like others that I've tried and is generally mild, but effective enough to give me a leg up in my constant attempt of maintaining a healthy lifestyle .

This is only day 3 and i will say this has really curbed my appetite. i'm the type of person that eats when they're bored or sad and can't stop eating. I started a calorie deficit and was worried i couldn't make it but with this it feels easy. The only thing i don't like is about an hour after i take it i feel very weak and sweaty but it goes away after a little. I would suggest eating soon after taking it. It's only been 3 days so I can't talk about weight loss yet but if i continue down this trend i'll definitely lose it

Slow and steady ????

I really like this fat burner. I have used green tea ones in the past and even used womens best’s version for months prior. I feel like Alani Nu’s version has been much more effective for me. I notice that I sweat a lot more during my workouts when I have taken this and I have so much more energy throughout the day. Very disappointed since I use all their other products. Been taking this and doing a diet/workout program at the gym and only lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks. Didn't expect miracles but maybe a little help.

Made me tired? I never used a fat burner that made me tired before this one and also made my stomach bloated. I drank tons of water and worked out normal. Discontinued use after 2 weeks.

This pill made me feel like absolute sh*t. I use her other products and love them but this made me neasous within minutes of taking it. I thought my body needed to get used to it but then it started to make me throw up and the whole pill would be in the toilet. Not worth it to put your body through that every time you take it. Going to return it since it was not cheap either.

This has done great for me. I know it’s different for everyone but it’s not messed up my stomach and it has suppressed my appetite greatly.

I love Alani Nu’s energy drinks and snack bars, so I decided to try this. My body did not respond well at all. I gave it a couple of weeks to adjust. It made me constipated so bad. Now I’m trying to get my gut back to normal. Definitely do your research on fat burners of any brand. Side effects are not worth it.

I was hoping I would have the same experience as some of the great reviews on here, but i didn't. It did not curb my appetite, I didn't lose any weight. The nausea made me want to eat more to help fix it. I would not recommend.

Great product

It’s a great appetite suppressant. Although, I did feel a little sluggish the first days I took the pills, I was expecting to be more energized.... not sure if it was the pills or something else. I haven’t weighed myself but I can definitely say my jeans are fitting better. Please keep in mind that I am exercising at least 30 min daily and I’ve incorporated healthy eating to my diet. I do live that these pills suppress my appetite, I feel full with smaller food portions and I don’t feel hungry.

I took one at first and didn't notice a change in anything. I started taking 2 by the second week and without changes to my diet, it curved my appetite, didn't crave sweets and was able to loose 10 lbs by the end of the month. It did make me jittery at times but I would do a small snack and that would help.Note: I took the balance pills at the same time so not sure if together they made the difference for me.

I've been taking this for a few weeks. I've already lost 12lbs this week while taking this in conjunction with dieting and walking. I tried to take two. I will NEVER do that again. It gave me the jitters. One is enough to power me through the day. I wake up at 4:30 every morning, ready to start my day!

Fantastic if you can handle stomach issues!

I noticed that I started to feel nauseated. I push through it & it definitely curbs my appetite. The caffeine is a nice booster in the morning - cuts out the coffee w cream & sugar. I also only take one pill a day - as that seems to do the trick. Pricey for a 30 day supply.

I hate taking more than one pill dose as a fat burner, and these did not give me the jitters either.

I haven’t really noticed any results, and I work out regularly AND take another burn supplement (when I do cardio). I’m still taking them regularly anyway, but I have to keep a small snack on hand because they make me feel nauseas. I usually take one after I’ve had my breakfast, and about 30-45 minutes later the nausea kicks in. I haven’t noticed any difference in my appetite but I paid $40 so I might as well take them and stay positive.

I really like it!!! At work, usually for my 15 min brake, I’d use it to take a nap because I was so tired all the time. I’ve been taking these for about two weeks or so, and apart from not taking naps at work, I still come home and start doing activities and projects with my twin 4 yo’s. I have also noticed I don’t take frequent trips to our fridge and pantry.

Been using only on the days I work out, I notice I sweat more and can keep my heart rate up longer in the gym, that's about it. Didn't notice it curb my appetite though. I don't notice any jitters or palpitations, but I have a very high tolerance for caffeine with drinking about 2 cups of coffee a day.

4 out 5 because initially, it does give me a cramping feeling in my stomach - not sure if that's typical for fat burners, as this is the first and only one I have ever used. Other than that initial discomfort, it really does work. I have always retained a bit more fat in my lower tummy that never seemed to get smaller or go away no matter what I did - this has really helped shed that fat.

i definitely feel and see a difference. i usually can eat a lot but i’ve noticed that my appetite has shrunk and will go almost all day without eating and not even realize because i just don’t feel hungry.

This item did not work for me. I used the recommended 1 pill at first dose then after a week increased to a 2 pill dose. Had no effect on my energy or my appetite.
