Will have to update when I have been taking this long enough to see skin improvement. I did specifically choose this brand after researching the specific Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains that have been shown to improve the skin and/or skin microbiome. The gel capsules have a funny taste, but not a huge deal. Other than that, no side effects or any others. Good product!
Great for my acne prone skin
I've taken this for over a month now and my skin is so much clearer , the breakouts I do get are smaller, less severe and much less frequent ,and my skin is healing better. Overall my skin looks healthier .I would highly recommend you try this if you have acne prone skin , love the quality ingredients !

So far, I think Codeage is a quality product that is effective in keeping my skin relatively clear and my bowels regular. I still would like to see more improvement in my skin and gut health, but I also understand it takes time to see lasting change. Plus, I'm not done with my bottle because I've been taking only 1 pill a day (I didn't want to start off too strong). I'm sure I'll have more of an opinion once I complete the bottle.
This really works!
Took 2 capsules at night, on an empty stomach, with no issues. Immediately noticed no bloating. Within a week, long- term inflammatory acne on face had less inflammation. After 1 month, face was clear (other than remaining pigment changes from acne). Will continue to take it to balance microbiome. Ordered it from Fullscript as I am a Functional Medicine physician. I was amazed.

Seem to work pretty well
Purchased for my pre teen son who is experiencing some hormonal acne, after 2 1/2- 3 weeks of taking them regularly his skin did seem to clear up quite substantially. Of course he also uses a daily facewash and toner, but these seem to help on another level. Definitely worth a shot if your kiddo is struggling with acne!
my holy grail to stop breakouts
I have re-ordered this at least 5 times now. It hasn't stopped all of my breakouts, but it does a very good job. I have even tested without it, and my skin is much better with it, And it is very high on the CFU range of probiotics.

My son is 13 and struggles with acne. We have tried multiple antibiotics and other prescriptions and nothing seemed to work. Although he still gets some breakouts, his acne is 10x better.

I’ve had itchy bumpy acne on my face for awhile now. It flares when I tend to touch my face more. After a few weeks of taking these I can say that they are definitely working. And they smell and taste (by taste I mean aftertaste lol) really lovely. They have a very herbal scent, if that makes sense. I’m a fan!

I’ve been taking this for about a month now, and I haven’t noticed any significant difference in my skin. I will continue to take it because I consistently like to take probiotics. We’ll see if there’s any noticeable improvement in my acne over more time.

This Skin Probiotic Actually Works!
It works very well. I wish it came with a larger supply in the bottle. The price is ok but I wish there were more pills inside. This probiotic is the best I’ve taken for skin. I have Rosacea and sun damaged skin and it’s helping tremendously. I’m 58 and I truly love it.
