To early to notice any changes is only been 2 weeks. So far I don't see anything. In the past I've used other brands and I've seen immediate results, but not with this one. I'm also taking this brands iron supplement and they were not a good for me so maybe this brand is just not for me.

my hairs and nails getting stronger
After only 10 days of use, I'm already noticing that my hairs and nails are getting stronger.. This contains collagen and other vitamins in addition to biotin.
Already noticing a difference!
I'm already noticing my nails getting stronger after only about ten days of using. I had been using the otc brands but my nails were still thin and peeling. I think this might be the answer since it has not just biotin but collagen and other vitamins.
Several supplements I need in one dose!
I recently purchased Amen Biotin Collagen Vitamins. As I near menopause I have noticed my nails become extremely brittle. They split vertically down into my nail bed. I am highly impressed that this supplement contains biotin, collagen peptides, vitamin C and vitamin E in one tablet. I have been taking each separately and this will simply my routine and keep me from forgetting to take one of them on a busy day. I look forward to seeing the positive effects on my nails, hair and skin.
