Gave me an edge in the gym
I use the pre-workout 30 minutes before I go to the gym. I noticed I had more energy and lasted longer during my workouts. What I did notice on my forearms when lifting weights, the veins opened up more and it felt like I had more oxygen flowing through my body and I was able to lift 10lbs more than I usually do. Also, I use it before every pickleball match and it has helped me last longer on the court. The best part is that you don't get the jitters or a crashing affect . Everything normal with more energy, last longer and more oxygen flowing through.
I have been taking the pre workout Beets for almost 2 years now. It is definitely one of the best pre workout supplements I have had. It provides steady, natural energy for my workout!
I definitely get a better workout after taking this product. The beta alanine does cause "pins and needles" sensation, but everyone is different (my boyfriend is not affected by it). I do also feel a little jittery, especially if taken while fasting, but again, I'm very sensitive to caffeine. I do well with half a serving. I definitely recommend this product, it's effective for its intended purpose, and it tastes good.
My first time taking this product and it kicked in right away. I decided to try this because it contains natural caffeine and it definitely helps with energy levels. Wasn't too fond of the taste, but will continue to use.
I'm tried this before my Workout and it makes me go harder and longer! Also it makes me feel less tired and when I'm done I don't have a crash. This is a great pre workout.
Add this to my my breakfast smoothie every morning. Feel like it's an important role to get me going for the day.
I thought it would taste more like beets, was pleasantly surprised.
gave me an extra boost pre-workout
This stuff works great for bloodflow. It doesn't quite get all the effects I'm looking for on its own, but when combined with my normal pre-workout, it had fantastic noticeable effects. My energy, stamina and pump were all improved. I almost didn't know how to handle it the first time, but it was likely I had too much pre altogether. Probably a good introduction to the effects of pre-workout if you've never had any before.
