These products weather they're gummies or capsules you have to be patient. give them time to enter into your system and do their work, they are not miracle caps.

Really like the taste and texture. Seems to keep colds and contagions at bay. I am exposed to a lot of people daily and don't seem to pick up those annoying winter colds, coughs and/or throat issues. This is one bottle that always seems to be empty because I love them!
