Just like so many others on this site, I've tried countless products in this genre/market. It seems the ones that typically work always leave concerns about overall health impact. Others just feel like an expensive placebo. Naturally results can differ from person to person, so I can only share my own experience. I had hoped for results in three key categories: Appetite suppression, energy/productivity & weight loss. In terms of energy, there has been none. I have experienced no spike in energy, no burst during my workouts, nada. It has been extremely disappointing. Appetite suppression: Again, no real impact here. I typically don't eat much in a day. I have a very small breakfast, a chicken wrap at lunch (just 4oz chicken on low-carb wrap) and then a regular dinner. I actually noticed myself a bit hungrier than normal during this period. Weight loss: Let me start by saying I'm about to turn 50. I typically eat 1200 to 1700 calories a day. I workout about four to five days a week. At the moment, I'm carrying about 20 more lbs than I should be. Normally when I've used an effective product with my routine, that first 10-15 lbs comes off very fast. In this case, I have yet to shed a single pound. Now we can scrutinize the diet (which is quite healthy) or the workout routine (pretty rigorous) but to see absolutely NO loss during the test period of nearly three weeks is disappointing to say the least.Bottom Line: I really wanted this stuff to work. Keep in my mind if you use the max dosage, you're looking at a 15 day supply. So when thinking this is a bargain compared to some others, figure that in. The reality is, it did not provide me with any results in the three categories. I simply can't provide it anything more than a single star. The search goes on.

10 pounds down, no jitters
Back story: used to use the goddess from SS. Worked but gave me the jitters. I was weary of this bc of the energy boost. ITS FANTASTIC. I have energy, without the jitters, curbs my appetite to where I crave healthy stuff and not heavy meals, and I’ve lost 10 pounds in three weeks (with a healthy diet change) Unlike Goddess, I can take these closer to bed time (bc I work late hours sometimes and start my day late) and I still can sleep! Reason I picked: it was a top rated with best reviews and stars
