Flow Supps - great taste and quality

I have been using Flow Supps Protein, collagen, and Greens for a few months now and have been extremely pleased with the quality and taste (collagen has no flavor). The folks at Flow are responsive to questions and are proud of their products too. I am really happy to see that GNC has subscribe and save for Flow products!

Flow Supps is amazing and the Collagen Plus is a must have!

I’ve been using Flow Supps for the last few years now on my journey to getting back in shape and it has helped me immensely! Even after achieving my goals, I still use it on a regular basis with every workout. The Pre gives me that great energy to start my workouts and the Protein Plus is actually a delicious post workout drink, and it’s Vegan! When the collagen came out, I used it in various combinations with any of the other Flow products. I used it with the Greens to use as a hydration drink during my workout, but now primarily use it in combo with Greens and Pre before my workout to give me all the Flow benefits prior to a grueling session. I love how versatile the Collagen Plus is and how well it can be paired with other Flow supps!

Best collagen I’ve ever had! Most collagen supps either taste horrific or back me up. But Flow Supps does neither. I put it in my morning coffee and I feel awesome through the day. My 40 yr old joints haven’t felt this good in a long time. ????

Ladies!!! It won't let you down!

I don't use collagen for muscle building but I do use it for skin care. Skin care products can get very expensive, with no guarantee that they work. This collagen has never failed me. I can see a difference within 5 to 6 days. My skin looks tighter and I have less wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes. I recommend it to all my clients with acne and all of my friends (I'm almost 40). This product can be easily added to any shake or drink. I've never used anything that works as good or as fast as this product. I highly recommend it!

Flow Saved My Hair

I went through a divorce a few years ago that was so stressful my hair was falling out in clumps. It was so bad I had to wear extensions out of embarrassment. It was recommended to me to add collagen to my daily routine and I chose Flow Collagen Plus because of the quality ingredients and other reviews. Fast forward a couple of years and now my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. I really do believe Flow helped with that. I have my length and strength back. It is easy to mix and doesn’t have a chalky taste. I will definitely continue to use.

Life Changer for Hair Loss

This product right here!! I was dealing with some hair loss due to covid and other life/medical things. By just adding this collagen powder to my greens, preworkout, or protein shake my hair has stopped falling out, my nails are healthier than ever, and my skin is back to a youthful glow.
