This product is amazing! The taste is so yummy, it's hard to stop at the serving size of 3! I definitely notice an improvement in my skin, can't recommend these enough!

I was worried these would taste fishy but they're delicious. They remind me of fruit rolls. Since taking them I've noticed that my hair has improved and looks much better. I'll definitely be buying more.

ordered it offline , taste ok no weird fish smell , decent id say this first week I've noticed it has helped my routine with my Hc1 and Lit Prework out , it seems like it feel better and my skin looks better already .
