Mushroom Powder in a Convinient Pill
This is my second order of these Turkey Tail capsules. The capsules are a lot easier to use than the powder, however I have used both with good results.

I have been using turkey tail mushrooms for about two years. When I was told the product I was using was mycellium instead of the fruiting bodies I looked for a product that would use the fruiting bodies as the primary source. Instead I found a product that uses the fruiting bodies exclusively. Fresh Cap turkey tail mushrooms are organic as well. I will be purchasing my turkey tail supplements from Fresh Cap from her on out.

i'm trying to reduce an overactive immune system. i have heard that this mushroom can modulate this type of response. so far i have seen a reduction of inflammation in my hands and shoulders. it seems to be helping . i plan to continue with this product.

There is a Difference
I've been taking Lion's Mane and the Mushroom Complex for a couple of months. I read about taking a one week break periodically so I decided to do that and then add Turkey Tail to the regimen. Once the week was up and I restarted I can tell a difference. I certainly feel more relaxed and have better digestion. I will continue with these daily three weeks on and then then one week off.

Lessened symptoms
So I started taking this about 2 to 3 weeks before I came down with Covid and my symptoms were very very mild compared to my boyfriends who were pretty severe so if I'd have to say what I did different was taking these supplements, I think they really work!

I've been taking turkey tail for a few weeks now and can tell a difference in mental clarity! I have narcolepsy and hashimoto's thyroid disease which creates a lot of fatigue (along with having an almost 2 year old ??). This seems to really help give me a little boost.
