Great Product
Helped with fatigue & cravings somewhat
Less hungry
I'm about one month in but I can already tell that it's curbing my appetite and I'm feeling less hungry throughout the day.
Promising Start, Easy to Tolerate
I've been taking this supplement for about a month now. I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, but I also haven't experienced any side effects (i.e. nausea, bloating) which I've had with other supplements. So far it's been easy to tolerate, and I plan to keep taking it to see how things progress!
Stick it out and feel the results!
Sticking to this for the 3 months has seen some longer lasting benefits in terms of curbing appetite but not in a restrictive unnatural way. I do feel it has helped with muscle maintenance when working out as well and recommend to anyone trying this out to do it for 3 months as they recommend in order to maximize the benefits! The company also has some good flexibility in terms of subscription management
