For as sketchy as the label might look I honestly love this brand of fat burners. I lost a lot of weight with these while retaining and gaining muscle mass. This brand of supplements might be a little pricey, but well worth the investment if you are looking to loose weight. Again, like all things in working out it takes time, you will not see weight loss in the first 3 days, but stick with it and you will. Great product! I take 2 when I wake up and 2 when I go to workout with my preworkout.
