The milk thistle supplement is good and helps reduced the liver burn that I get sometimes. The liver pain is lessened after taking one capsule right away. I often take one to two or three capsules every week. Thank you for them. They are great to buy again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is worthy of it. My liver enzymes had been bad for months. Last draw was 87. After using this product as directed for 2 weeks my last draw brought me down to 37. 5 points from normal. BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS SO WORTH IT IF YOU HAVR LIVER ISSUES!

I have taken this product from GNC for many years and have been very happy with it! If you need liver protection after surgery and all the drugs that are administered this is what you need! Easy to swallow as it comes in capsule form. After a recent MRI on my abdominal organs I was told my liver looked very healthy and I do enjoy a couple of glasses of red wine with dinner!
