Arthritis relief

I really like this turmeric. It helps with my arthritis. I like that It is in pill form. Everything else is capsule form and I don't like the plastic in capsules. I just wish the pill was a little smaller.

It makes me have an upset stomach. Also I have been told that you should have black pepper in with it so it helps get into your system so it can work better

Turmeric Curcumin

This Turmeric Curcumin 1000mg. It works great, One doctor told me l was taking too much Turmeric. So, l stop taking it. But, OMG l was in pain every day and it was only two weeks. I had to get back to it as l couldn't be in pain anymore. Oh boy, by 3 days days l was back on track. I love this Turmeric but, the capsule is two big to swallow so, l crush it and take with applesauce. But my counters get kinda yellow an l don't like it. I'm looking for a smaller capsule but the same strength. <br />But believe me it works great!

Cheaper Versions Come W/ Higher Serving Sizes to Equal These. I'd Rather Take Just 1 Pill.

I've done a lot of research on finding the best turmeric/pepper pills. These are it! Yes, you can find cheaper but pay attn to the serving sizes. This GNC brand only requires 1 pill daily. Most others will be require 2-3 pill to equal one daily serving. Which makes a 90 count bottle a 1 month supply. The GNC brand comes in a quantity of 120 which is a 4 month supply. And a lot less swallowing. Do the math and you'll see how most other brands fall short in quantity per $ value.<br /><br />I know for sure these pill work as I have enjoyed years of reduced joint pain in my back and hands. The first few months of taking these and I could actually feel when the pills "kicked in" so to speak. Hard to explain but it felt like my breathing became more efficient. It felt like my blood was more energized and lively. I've been taking these for years now so I don't feel the "kick" as I'm used to the sensation.
