Well worth the money

These are good vitamins. I can tell when I haven't used them in a while.(need to go to the store for a refill). I take one in the am and one in the afternoon (1 with breakfast the other with lunch)and by doing this, I slowly lose weight vs taking two in the am. As far as taste/smell goes, its the thiamine that you smell when you open the bottle. IF you wash it down good with water, you won't have the burp taste. Just put water in your mouth, til your head back and put vitamin in and swallow. There won't be any issues swallowing at this point. I have been taking these vitamins for over a decade now.

I feel noticeably better when I take these multivitamins consistently and some of the best bang for your buck. However, they are quite big and can be difficult swallow.

Get a multivitamin for results, get candy for taste

To the person who gave a 1 star review because of the taste & smell here is some advice for you..<br /><br />You don't take a multi vitamin for taste, you take it for what it can do for you.. If taste is more important than health benefits then go waste your money on worthless gummies.. <br /><br />If you actually want results then get time released multivitamins like the ones above..

HORRIBLE Smell and Taste!!!

There are no words to sufficiently express how horrible these vitamins smell and taste. The best I can imagine is ground up dried fish - bones and all. I can barely choke them down with strong-flavored beverages or food to try to mask the taste. The worst is if anything causes even the slightest burp, you taste it all over again! <br /><br />Also worth noting is the immense amount of B12 in these, so do not make the mistake of taking them in the evening because they can keep you awake longer than you may want. <br /><br />Overall I am shocked that these vitamins have received a single positive review because the taste and smell are egregiously terrible. I hate to waste but am not sure I will even be able to use all of them. The flavor and odor just get worse with every passing day, perhaps due to moderate exposure to air after they are opened and/or because I now have a strong gag reflex to even the slightest whiff of their scent. For the record, I have a pretty strong constitution and normally am not affected like this.

Great Product Very Effective

This product is one of the best items that work and have all the daily needs for the body. It arrived quickly when ordered and is priced perfect.<br />Nothing has compared to this product. Some have come close to its effectiveness. You do not need it daily, but every other day works very well. Skin, hair, nails, etc. It is a great product.

I Love them... have been taking them for 5years so far and they seem to give me more energy and stamina. I would definately would recommend them for anyone that needs more 'get up and go ' !

Potent smell!!

These pills smelled so bad and strong that I could even smell them through two zip lock bags! The whole room would stink! Ingredients also state right at the beginning that it causes cancer. Thankfully GNC helped me exchange it for something I was happy with. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
