I like this product. When I started taking it, I couldn't have dinner (I didn't need it). I thought I would be like that forever. However, after about a month of taking it, or possibly on my second bottle, I began to feel hungry for dinner again. I got concerned, but it wasn't a problem as I can't eat as much as I used to, which is awesome. It's not that I kept losing weight nonstop, no. It just helped me lose some weight and then not gain more weight, as well control my excessive hunger.

Took this for two months. With proper diet and exercise, I lost 4 lbs within 3 weeks of taking my first bottle then the weightloss just stopped. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this product.

Not worth the Price.

Did not make a difference. I dieted and have been exercising at past 4 times a week. The 4-5 pounds I lost was due to my change in habits. I thought this would help, but it did not. I went from 138 to 133.

I have completed 2 bottles faithfully and have not lost any weight or inches. In fact I've gained 2 pounds. I walk daily, ab machine 3-4 times a week. Stay away from sugar and bread. This product is not worth the money. Does nothing! I should get a refund

Seems like a good product

Along with around 60 minutes every night of steady walking I have seen a loss of fat buildup around my mid section. This is where men of my age tend to start putting on pounds, so this helped reduce some of that "beer belly" we all dread.

I am 66 year old woman always had weight issue A1C was high drs want to put me on metformin I made up my mind not another medication so I bought glucatrim I have lost 21 pounds I take it x2 before meals drink a slimfast shake for breakfast I feel good I go back October for labs I'm thinking I'm not going to need metformin I'm staying with glucatrim I like there's no caffeine to make you feel jittery

I am not sure if it actually works or not. I have been using for some time and am consciously not eating as much and have lost about 4 pounds. The pills are easy to swallow and I will continue taking them for at least another 2 months.

Took it for one month and didn't loose any weight or inches. Would not waste my money by trying it for another month.

It doesn't work at all. I've lost no weight, I'm hungry all the time. I've stopped using it in the hopes that I can lose weight that way!

Gained Weight

I stated taking GlucaTrim 2 weeks ago and I have gained 3 lbs. My blood sugar has been a roller coaster since I stopped taking Ozmpic earlier this year. I only started taking this product to help control my blood sugar and it has helped some. I am on a 1500 calorie diet and no carbs or sugars and I swim for 2 hours daily. Not worth the money!

I live an active lifestyle and eat clean. I was hoping this will help me drop a few pounds. After taking the entire bottle as directed I can confirm that all this did was waste my money.

Did not work

Used for 30 days with exercise 6 days a week and a clean regimented diet, I actually gained weight (9 lbs), and have been fighting to regulate myself back for 3 months to where I'm finally losing weight again. Started at 161, went to 170. Just going to keep at it the old fashion way and kick myself for screwing up my metabolism and making my wallet lighter. Not worth the gimmick.

good product but advertised results not realistic

No issues nor side effects but I only take 1/4 dose recommend, just 1 per day. I gave it 3 stars because advertised results were extreme and $70 per month or 30 days is expensive. I would give it 5 stars for reducing sugar cravings with 1 pill per day which costs only $17.50 per month.

Waste of money

I actually gained 5 pounds on this. I am very active and a runner and my weight was at a plateau. After 3 weeks on this I am now 5 pounds heavier. This is nothing more than vitamins so don't waste your money. Def does not give energy or curb appetite

Close to end of my 2nd bottle

Over the 1st bottle, I lost 12 lbs in less than 8 weeks. My weight normally can fluctuate up and down ~5+ lbs but was way up the last 5 years and now I was almost 50 lbs overweight. I'm not fluctuating up and down now more than 2, 2.5 lbs with my average weight still ticking down. The loss does seem to have slowed down, but it's holding and still heading down overall. A friend gave them to me because she said they were not working for her. I took them off and on and had to go buy another bottle. I've lost 6 pounds in 6 weeks. It has helped me a lot with less snacking. I have seen a bigger difference in inches and how loose my clothes fits vs when I started taking them.

It is a scammy product. Based on the reviews and my own experience (2 1/2 bottles used), the following trend emerges: if a customer is already dieting and has an exercise routine, it won't work. It will work if a customer is just starting the diet and exercise, and it works just because of that - diet and exercise. The pills are irrelevant. Just read the ingredients - Chromium Picolinate, which is effective in curbing cravings but not for weight loss. The same for the rest of the ingredients.

Definitely not for weight-loss

Took it for a month as recommended and did not loose any weight. I did not notice any changes in my appetite or energy level either. As expensive as this product is, you'd think it'd work within the month. It didn't.

No difference

I purchased this product as I am on a diet for months and my weight lose has stopped. I thought this will help me to move on. My calorie intake is limited, I exercise regularly, I drink certain amount of water. The pills did not help me at all. I assumed it will help me with my chocolate appetite or block my cravings. As I am on a diet for months I can see difference, there is no. Just - 70 dollars. I give 2 stars because of the effort you made and made us to buy this product. It is sad.

Unexpected results

Honestly, this product hasn't helped so much from a weight loss standpoint but I have chronic irregular cycles and this product has helped make them regular under 35 days! It definitely helps cravings, but will say I do feel nauseous and get headaches when taking the full dose of this supplement as directed. Overall, I plan to keep trying to see if it continues to help.

Good for Appetite Control

I've used Glucatrim for 2 months now. I've always had dificulty losing weight especially since menopause and now that I'm almost 70. But this product helps keep my appetite under control and seems to be working. I might not have lost as much as I've wanted, but consistency is key, something I have to work on.

Not Impressed

I am very dissapointed. GNC markets this pill to work with the lean shakes and bars. Just another way to make money. It does NOTHING for metabolism booster or thermogenic help to make you burn more fat. For $69.99 ply the other costs to maintain it with the bars and shake is a rip off! Your better to just buy fish oil and CLA and spend $50 on supplements, workout and eat healthy. I did not notice a big difference in it helping my hunger. For people with " REAL EATING ISSUES" This is not the pill.

Like it so far

I am definitely enjoying the product. I'm not in a full month yet, but I do notice that it does help with my appetite and I don't eat as much snacks and bad stuff during the day weight wise. I haven't really lost any but I haven't gained but I feel that I need to take it a little bit longer to have an accurate results as far as that goes.

Helped to lose weight.

It worked for 15 pounds then stopped working. I'm trying to lose 30. I'm hoping that continuing on it will help me lose the other 15. I eat a mediterranean diet, work out and walk daily as well. So I'm hopeful.

Make it Make Sense!!

This product is a scam. Whoever said it works for them is obviously an NPC (Non playable character). There was an energy increased, but I was constantly hungrier, I gained weight, and my body's nervous system was genuinely not functioning normal; as I was feeling twitches here and there, or little stabbing pain (like pin needles) in random places. Take it from me, lose the weight naturally. They put harmful things in our food that makes us gain weight and unhappy, and then they are the same people who make the supplements to lose weight?! Make it make sense? don't use this product.

I have been taking it for a about a month and honestly I like it. I definitely have noticed a decrease in appetite and the cravings are gone, which was my main goal (to stop snacking so much). Have I lost weight? Maybe a few pounds, but as a woman, I fluctuate pounds so much, I can't pinpoint if it is this or not. I'm going to continue using it as I have not experience any side-effects myself. In my opinion, I would say try it! This is probably the first "weight-loss" supplement that I have ever re-purchased.

Pretty good

I have seen a lot of reviews about this product not working for people but I have to say the opposite. I think this product works great. I'm on my second bottle and I'm down 18lbs since March. I take the product as directed and I have noticed a decrease in my appetite. I also workout and watch what I eat. I'm going to continue to take the product and see if it'll continue to be effective. The only downside for me is it is a bit on the pricier side so I try to get it when its a buy one get one half off.

Gained 7lbs in 30 days

I was nonstop hungry, could not be satisfied at a meal and I gained weight. Further I went from constipated to then could not stop going to the bathroom. So the weight gain was obviously real fat since I still continued to gain while running to the bathroom. The 30 day return is up so my $70 is gone. Im so sad and now my body looks worse than when I started

I tried Glucatrim for just over a week to see if it would produce any results. Instead, I experienced days of constipation and saw no decrease on the weight scale. I also noticed tightness in my chest while running on the treadmill, which was a new experience for me. As a result, I'll be seeking a refund. While it may work for some, it was a total waste of money for me

Don't waste your money, doesn't work been taking it for a month and still weight the same. I have pcos and I have a hard time losing weight. I workout 4 times a week and do 10,000 steps everyday and haven't lost weight ever since taking pills. Still sitting at 158lbs

Use With Caution

I suggest monitoring for any side effects while taking this product. After 2 days of taking the suggested dose I noticed that my throat was getting sore and some other mild irritations similar to developing a head cold were forming. I discontinued use for 2 days and felt normal, went back on the cycle and the same reactions started again on day 2. I might be a one off case, but wanted to bring awareness to other users.

Glucatrim use

After two weeks of using Glucatrim I have yet to lose noticeable weight. Part of the problem might be due to I only take it once a day instead twice due to the fact it feels like my heart starts racing if I take it twice

Testing it out. Day 3 of use

The pills are not too bad if you have them with food as instructions say. They are a tad big though. So make sure you have some water on hand just in case. I have only started using it so not sure if it works for me yet. It's been three days. I have not seen any results on the scale yet. I will update the review after a few weeks.

After taking this product for a few days now, I have noticed that I am feeling fuller after each meal. This has led to less of a desire to snack throughout the day. I'll definitely continue to take it for the full 30-days at least.
